ASC Meetup Gala Ticket

PLEASE NOTE THIS TICKET IS NON REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. By purchasing this ticket you are assuring that you will be in attendance of the gala.

At this time, only RSVP participants may purchase a ticket. Please make sure to fill out our RSVP form before purchasing.

Dress Code; Black and gold formal attire

Must be 18 years or older to enter!

Come dressed to impress! Connect, collab, exchange, and network with fellow ASMRtists at an evening gala!

 This serves as your official entrance ticket to the 2024 ASC Meetup Gala! Location / address will be sent separately after confirming purchase. 

Terms of Gala Attendance:

REMOVAL OF BELONGINGS:

Guest shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when the guest arrived. We will not be liable for any belongings left behind.
 
Forgotten belongings may be retrieved when staff is on property or a $35 fee may apply to schedule an appointment to Venue.

The guest is NOT to use any glitter, CONFETTI, silly string, or rice. Feather Boas are also not permitted (or clothing with excessive feathers that shed).

Event trash on the grounds, sidewalks, roadways and lawns (including cigarette butts) must also be cleaned up and placed in designated disposal containers.

ALCOHOL 
 
Any and all liabilities arising from the consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal narcotics on the premises are the responsibility of the guest. Beer, wine, and mixed drinks will not be served during the duration of the gala for the safety of all guests.

Specific behavior that will not be tolerated can include, but are not limited to, the following;
Fighting
Destruction of property
Disrespectful conduct (to other Guests, Vendors or staff)
Allowing minor persons to consume alcohol
Possession and/or consumption of a personal supply of alcohol - this includes private vehicles located in the Event Center parking areas.
Consumption of alcohol not served by bartender

At the venues sole discretion, we reserve the rights to:
Evict any person(s) engaging in unacceptable activities outlined above, or not complying with the decision of staff.

ASC and the venue reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if they are behaving rudely to any other guest or staff member.

DAMAGES:
 
If, during the course of the event, accidental damage does occur it should be reported immediately to Venue staff or designated caterer staff so arrangements can be made for quick cleanup and restitution. Damage to any room, space, furnishings, and/or equipment by the guests or vendors will result in appropriate charges based on fair market cost of replacement, repair, additional cleaning, etc.
