ASC Meetup Gala Vendor Ticket

PLEASE NOTE THIS TICKET IS NOT AN ENTRANCE TICKET TO THE GALA.

Please make sure to send us a DM/ email requesting a vendor spot before purchasing.

Please keep in mind if you are NOT attending the gala you will need to ship the items you plan on selling to me before Oct 4th !

Please make sure to provide any prices and discounts as well as packaging for guests to take with them. Cash sale only. Any funds gathered will be sent back securely along with any remaining product. The client is responsible for all shipping costs.

If you WILL be attending the gala you will be responsible for the set up/ clean up and all sales of your product.

As per vendor guidelines the Client is NOT to use any glitter, CONFETTI, silly string, or rice. Staple guns, duct tape, masking tape, packing tape or any item that would cause damage to the walls. windows or paint are not permitted. Painter’s tape is acceptable. Feather Boas are also not permitted (or clothing with excessive feathers that shed).

 Any decoration / set up plans must be approved by us before confirmation!
